The property is a spacious duplex apartment with everything close by. Cogwheel train to Rigi, Park with Lake access, Boat to Luzern, Public Transport, mini-market and restaurants are all in a very short walking distance. The first floor has a large fully equipped kitchen / dining / living area -fireplace, guest bathroom and terrace with gas grill. The second floor has a Sauna, 3 bedrooms (of which 2 master bedrooms) and the main bathroom with a rain-shower and tub. Free parking included

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. Thanks to its proximity to the water, it is a unique, energetic place of power that immediately has a relaxing effect. Ideal for couples in love, mountain and nature lovers.
