Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Relax, unwind and enjoy your stay at Little Gem. A luxury, private, north facing studio apartment with picturesque farmland and mountain views. Perfect for a couple’s escape, this privately accessed, newly appointed and fully self contained studio is just a short drive (or a slightly longer walk) into beautiful Gerringong. Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby or take a short drive to local beaches, boat harbour, the golf course and local wineries.

Attached cottage on acreage three minutes from town and beach. Very quiet with rural and ocean views. Lovely established gardens. Lush paddocks, friendly cows, duck pond, a working farm set on 20 acres so plenty of room for walks but only 2 minutes drive to Gerringong shops and the beach. Perfect for a beach or rural escape or just sit and read a book on the sun drenched verandas. Suitable for wheelchair access and for children.

Tiny House at Foxground

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
