Central, historic, individual & spacious: Welcome to our beautiful 85m² maisonette apartment in the middle of the picturesque old town of Ettlingen. It is part of a listed building that has existed since the 17th century. You will sleep where stablehands and coachmen stayed over 200 years ago. It has been lovingly renovated. Discover the original charm of the sandstone wall and wooden beams, combined with the aesthetics of a bright loft with an open-plan concept.

Alte Werkstatt - Loft in the Black Forest

Our beautiful, super sunny loft 70 square meter loft is located in a former "alte Werkstatt" in the middle of the village. We renovated the apartment and the house with great attention to detail, placing great emphasis on ecological and sustainable building materials and a modern, environmentally friendly heating system - as a hobby beekeeper, it goes without saying for us. The old workshop staircase leads to a large, bright living, dining and cooking area.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, an open view opens up over the Black Forest heights – a panorama that touches. Surrounded by vines and at the foot of the Northern Black Forest is our beautiful barn. A place where families can relax and unforgettable adventures await in front of the barn door. Altschweier is a cozy wine village with great excursions in the area (Gertelbacher waterfalls, Mummelsee, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, Europapark Rust, Strasbourg). Donkeys, goats, sheep and chickens live on our farm. On request, we offer farm tours and donkey hikes.

"La Cabane des Biquettes" HOT TUB

Come and recharge your batteries in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) overlooking our miniature goats, our mini donkeys, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case) 😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.

Right at your doorstep there are beautiful hiking opportunities with fantastic viewpoints. Here you can recharge your batteries. The spa town of Baden-Baden attracts with its unforgettable charm and extraordinary experiences such as the legendary casino.

Lovers of Northern Alsace, you will be seduced by this unique and romantic getaway. Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.
