The wonderful beach of Episkopi is 10 minutes by car and the city of Rethymnon 25 minutes.

It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with glass windows, two terraces with nice views, a stone barbeque, and 450 m2 outdoor flat area with lawn and flowers, suitable for activities with children (football, volleyball, rackets, etc.). Public transport (stop) is 80 m away. There are also many games.
