Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and always responded quickly, making check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a great space, right on the lake, and minutes away from downtown Dawsonville! The over-the-garage addition is very private, plenty of space, and has a cozy/comfy feel to it! The place is also only about 10ish minutes from downtown Dahlonega, making it a great central-location between the two cities. The neighborhood is very private and quiet, and having access to the owner's dock/section of the lake is a great treat! My boys and I really enjoyed our stay and the included amenities!

This is a magnificent place surrounded by beautiful forest. It’s very quiet and peaceful — the perfect place to relax. The house made me feel right at home. I would definitely love to come back.

It was a great place to stay while visiting family

Had a wonderful visit to the Golden Isles with Terry’s place as our home base. The location could not be better for exploring Jekyll, St Simons or Brunswick. The space is incredibly peaceful, quiet and private, feeling like you’re in your own private oasis on the property. Terry has thought of everything in terms of extras and covering all the things you may have forgotten or need for the beach. I would absolutely recommend and am already looking at when I can plan a trip to visit again!

Stacey‘s cottage was just absolutely beautiful! She has done such a wonderful job of making her guests feel at home and a thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back and we’ve already booked our next trip! Great set up for puppy dogs and very thoughtful pet friendly items were provided at the cottage.

What a great find! We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect spot to stop overnight as we travel back home to Florida. Walkable to restaurants and local bars. We would definitely choose John's place again when back in the area.

Stayed here for work and was the best place to return to after a long day! spent most of my time there swinging on the screened in porch. Sean was very kind and responsive when we messaged, have already booked my next stay and looking forward to it!

Melanie came through in a clutch for me and provided additional laundry detergent when I need to wash the last minute before taking off. As we all know, Atlanta is a very busy airport so this was super helpful. We definitely request to stay here again. The next time I come to Atlanta.

I’ve stayed in gobs of AirBnb rentals, but this cottage may be the cutest! The owner has created a perfect little space for a couples’ getaway - the decor is so tasteful, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated all the extras, as well; she provided a snack basket, coffee and a water filter. The hot tub was nice and private, and the location was great for walking around town. Our stay was perfect!

My mom and I felt safe and at peace during our weekend at Annie’s guesthouse. The place was clean and secure, and Annie was very communicative with us the whole weekend. Loved our stay :)

The location was beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The plethora of windows, privacy, location, and amenities in this loft-garage- apartment were more than anticipated. Parking was easy with the understanding that there was one space available near the apartment but the road was safe enough to park on if needed. The driveway was steep but it wasn’t a problem even for my front wheel drive Hyundai Santa Fe. If I visit this area again, I hope it is available for me to stay again.

Calm, quiet and peaceful location. Very very clean and lots of great amenities with some of the basic essentials provided. It is a little far away from ATL proper but still plenty to do around the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Although we had some technical difficulties because of a storm that came through the day before we arrived, the location was just like it looks in the pictures and Brandi did everything she could to try to accommodate us. This is a VERY private cozy spot. Very clean and modern. There are steps but it’s clear in the description. 5 stars for sure.

Apartment was exactly as described in photos. Particularly liked the loveseat recliner. Less than 3 minutes to from the Cumberland Island ferry, and 45 minutes to Amelia Island, Florida. Smooth process from check in to check out.

Gene’s place was amazing. Great place to enjoy nature! Hummingbirds outside the kitchen window and a back deck to relax! It truly was a home away from home. Gene and his wife were excellent hosts!

She had everything you could think of and more as far as amenities in her apartment. I will be staying here again as I am a travel worker! I didn’t have to worry about anything! Her price was great too!! A+
