Awesome lake property perfect for a weekend getaway or tournament fisherman. Beautiful lake views and a nice little sandy beach to relax or beach a boat. There is enough room for 4 trucks/boats to park and the nearest public boat ramp is 3.1 miles away. T-Mobile high-speed internet available and the smart TV has many apps and is hooked to an HD antenna that gets around 10 local channels. There is a gas & charcoal grill on the back porch. Bring some charcoal, lighter fluid & steaks or burgers!

Whether you are just passing through or booking for a fishing tournament, coming to town to do some hunting, we have you covered! We have a huge turnaround and parking for your boats. We are less than 2 miles from Lakepointe Marina and other drop ins to the lake. We are minutes from Spring Hill and surrounding areas for all of you that are coming to hunt. 3 miles from the historic town of Eufaula with restaurants and amenities. Kevco laundromat for those of you who would like a wash/dry/fold.

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place for a little getaway. We are located about 7 miles from Cheneyhatchee Creek boat landing and beautiful Lake Eufaula. We are on a quiet county road that is a safe place to come home to after a fun day on the lake or busy day browsing through the many shops or historic homes in Eufaula. Oh did I mention, we have beautiful sunsets too! If the moon is full, it is just perfect rising above our barn! You just have to come see for your self!

What a great getaway. Peaceful, clean, and my kids loved the loft area! Thank you Joy for your amazing bread and eggs! What a fun surprise! Our pups loved the fenced in yard and wrap around porch. We loved visiting the little Grand Canyon and our road trip to the wildlife safari!
