Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Alexandra and Loïc are friendly hosts who care about the hospitality and comfort of their guests. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, very well arranged with a neat decor. I would go back there without so much as a second thought and highly recommend it.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Loved this apartment. It was so convenient to take the train i to Paris. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Fandi gave us great food recommendations and helped us problem solve a few things! Super responsive and we appreciate it! Highly recommend!

The place was in a good location close to the train 🚊 station. There is a close Boulangerie and a close ALDI 10 min walk. Small and cozy apartment. There was enough toilet paper 🧻 and detergent to wash clothes. Host was responsive and making sure we had everything we needed.

For sure when we return to Paris, we would like to stay there again! Great location, close to RER and always helpful host! Our days were great in Paris! Thank you Alexandre!

Great stay right on the border of Paris, so basically felt like I was in the center without having to pay the price tag. Very convenient location with shops and a patisserie nearby. Friendly host who responded immediately to any questions I had. I traveled alone and felt completely safe in the area. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time I’m in Paris!

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

Phuong’s apartment was lovely and a perfect base for our time in Paris. Highly conveniently located just next to a metro (Laplace station) and has good amenities close by. Would strongly recommend staying here for your time in Paris!

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Great accommodation, with a really great location whether for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very nice. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights as well) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Miss Nadine was very helpful! The apartment was well equipped with bathroom and kitchen amenities, as well as with linen and towels. To warm up there only a small heater, but after turning it on we realised it was more than enough and the place was quickly heated. It is also located at a point less than 10 minutes walking from the train station of Gentilly (line B). Our stay was very pleasant!!!

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. Great value for money. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problem when arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach directly or with a single connection any place in Paris. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. Thank you again for hosting us, our stay wouldn't have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.
