Gennadi Court is a small group of modern properties with attractive gardens and a large (12m x 6m) swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces.. all in the centre of Gennadi, an unspoilt Greek village 400m from the beach on the Aegean coast. This ground floor apartment (pictured here with the parasol beside the pool entrance steps) has Wi-fi, TV and is fully air conditioned, calm and comfortable. With a spacious lounge area, kitchen and bedroom. Your sun-drenched terrace is right next to the pool.

All the apartments are renovated in April 2016. The apartments are spacious and air-conditioned, they have a well-equipped kitchenette, a fridge, kettle, toast maker and a bathroom with a shower. All the apartments have their own balcony with sea view and they have access to a big terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy your sunbathing or watching the sun go down in the evening. You can enjoy also free Wi-Fi and free parking. The bus station is only 3 min from the apartments.

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach.
