A newly furnished kitchen with all kinds of amenities and adjoining the sitting area with TV and WiFi. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. "De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city, 300m from the market. The attic room is on the 2nd floor. There is a double box spring (+ crib). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. Best location in the center of the city. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located at the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street.
