Lots of charm in this old 1820 terraced house, located in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan les Ouates. It overlooks a quiet alley, offering a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The accommodation has retained its original elements, with terracotta tiling on the ground floor and a period wooden staircase that squeaks slightly and contributes to the authentic character of the house. Recently renovated, the house is bright and pleasant to stay in.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a private garden with terrace; the whole is located in our very large garden (in front of our house). You are a 3-min walk from the bus stops taking you directly to the lake, train station, old town and airport, 10 min from trams 12 and 17 and CEVA. Two adult bikes and children's bikes are available.
