Close to the avenue with access to transportation to different schools and Unicenter shopping, San Isidro Hippodrome (Lollapalooza) and CBC Martinez. It's a very comfortable house. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer with 2 stories and a playroom. We have bicycles to share though the train station is only 15 blocks from the house. There's a shopping mall at a walking distance. The area is safe and quiet and the neighbours sociable and kind. We have 2 television sets, Wi-Fi and Netflix
