Very good experience with Pablo. Nice house, very comfortable, spacious, equipped and organized. Beautiful garden with barbecue and pool. Spacious, bright and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are also of good size. Quiet neighborhood, with security, good access and very close to Nordelta.

Everything was excellent, the house has everything you need to spend a few days, super practical, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Patricia is always available for any unforeseen events. Thank you for everything.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

We went to relax with my partner, a romantic weekend... the apartment is beautiful, just like the photos, well-equipped, quiet, lots of privacy... the terrace is a great plus, too bad there were only a few sunny days, but we'll be back when the weather is more favorable to take advantage of it :)

Host was extremely helpful and responsive. I had to leave my original Airbnb due it being in disrepair. Patrica was so accommodating and flexible. The unit was very clean and the building has exceptional amenities. Area is walkable and centrally located with lots of security Definitely recommend and would book again!!

The building is very nice and the area in my opinion is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

Fantastic Stay! For me, this is one of the best Airbnbs in Buenos Aires! The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, not a touristy area with too many fancy stores, but it is also safe and very close to many popular neighborhoods, like Palermo. It has all the conveniences , plus the feel of a real "barrio". The apartment itself is light, airy, and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is exceptional, as 16 floors is very high for BsAs. And to sit in the Japanese soaking tub at night is the cherry on top. It is completely private, but you can see the whole city. This is a rare find, since you will usually only find shared jacuzzis in buildings in BsAs. Unlike many Airbnbs, Timothi's home is someone's actual home, not a sterile space. This means you will find personal touches. He left a computer station, all sorts of cooking supplies like oil, sugar, spices, etc. He left lots of bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Really lovely guy, gracious host, and great communicator!

I go often to Buenos Aires. I've stayed twice at this apartment. I love it. Very comfortable. The spa is great. I will continue coming here when in Bs As.

Federico is a great host!! The experience in the cabin was positive. We can't wait to come back in the spring or summer. The surroundings are very pleasant and there are places nearby to take advantage of (beach, restaurant, camping).

From the moment we saw the photos until the last minute we were there, we fell in love with the place. A very warm and more than comfortable space... it reflects home and harmony. We enjoyed breathing in the immense tranquility, listening to the sounds of the birds, and a beautiful kayak ride. The house is spacious inside and out as it has a large extension towards the pier. Arrival is by water taxi, 10-15' trip and very easy to get to. Mei, the host, was always attentive, kind and helpful from day 1. Grateful... A place to go back.

Totally recommended, Virginia's attention was impeccable. The place is very nice and right, very close to restaurants and bowling alleys for entertainment. They had a nice gesture of lighting an outdoor fire to complement the experience. We will be back in summer to enjoy the pool.

Beautiful cabin to spend a few days in the Delta, just 15 minutes from the coast by water taxi but in an inland stream that allows privacy and tranquility. There were 2 of us and we had a great time. The cabin is beautiful, practical, very nicely decorated and fully equipped. The dock table and grill, the gallery table, the living room salamander, and the large windows in all the rooms make each space enjoyable to the fullest. Lucas, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Definitely a 10/10!
