Wildlife and Flora environment, close to the city of Coyhaique (5 Kms.), and close to public spaces (national reservations), coastal and restaurants.

Independent interior house with two bedrooms, a 25-minute walk from downtown, has all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay for up to four people. It has a parking space for one vehicle outside the house in front of the property (on the sidewalk). The area is always lit and very safe. The neighborhood also has supermarkets, pharmacies, a gas station, a restaurant, and public transportation a few blocks away.

Come and relax among ñire trees in this unique and family accommodation. Enjoy the heated jacuzzi for 5 people included. You have 2 terraces. It also has a small 30 m2 gazebo, its use is included. Inside the property. It has space for parking and a lot of outdoor space, electric gate. 2 streams cross the property, sit and listen to the water flow. It has a backup generator, heating by fireplace to firewood.
