Cozy little house, very cool in summer, in the peaceful locality of Vigearde, in the heart of the rolling plains of the Jura. 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Besançon, 25 minutes from Dole and Arc and Senan and 20 minutes from Pesmes. 5 minutes from the motorway exit "Gendrey" on the A36 (Besançon/Dijon axis). The house does not have a garden, only a small courtyard that the owners occasionally pass through to access their home.
