Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss, bietet Platz für 2- Max. 4 Personen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Arbeitsplatz und einem ausziehbaren Sofa. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kingsize Doppelbett, für erholsame Nächte. Ein Kinderreisebett stelle ich Ihnen gerne , auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Der kleine überdachte Balkon, der sich direkt an der Küche befindet, lädt zum Grillen ein.

Exceptional country house in the heart of Spessart

The stylish old country house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in a village of 100 inhabitants without through traffic. The Saale is a 2-minute walk away and the Saale bike path runs through the village. In the village, there is a snack bar where you can get something small to eat. If you love nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The old country house was lovingly and high-quality restored in 2021. The large kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Small apartment in Lohr am Main, furnished

Small attic apartment in the Steinbach district fully furnished. Beautiful view towards Lohr and the Main. Street parking is available. You share the staircase with us and our 2 boys, who are lively but sweet and only come downstairs in the evening. A wardrobe is still under construction. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and separate shower. Playground or bakery are in the immediate vicinity, everything else then in the tourist town of Lohr.

Apartment in Gräfendorf (Saale Valley)

Directly above our self-service farm shop is our 40 sqm apartment. With a fully equipped kitchen (including small oven, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher), the open adjoining living room with LED flat-screen satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bedroom with air conditioning and TV, it leaves nothing to be desired for a short stopover or a longer stay.

Get comfortable and enjoy your vacation in our spacious place. Explore the beautiful Main Valley by bike, for example. Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st. You can safely park your bike and charge it if needed. Your car parks on your own parking space. We look forward to seeing you soon!
