Charming and cozy 52 sqm apartment in an old building with high ceilings in the heart of the Ruhr area. The building dates from 1907 and was modernized starting in 2012. Ideal for concerts, events, culture and a relaxing stay. Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach the Veltins Arena, the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheater and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein in Essen. Essen, Bochum and Dortmund are easily accessible. You can find free parking in the side streets.

The 60 m² vacation apartment is centrally located yet in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organize your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room. The apartment is not barrier-free (spiral staircase outside as a staircase to the accommodation and stairs inside as a staircase to the sleeping loft), pets allowed on request; non-smoking. The quiet backyard location with loving furnishings creates a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment that, with a size of about 150 square meters, offers enough space and places to retreat for both families and couples of friends who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well-behaved pets are also welcome. Please inquire anyway when booking. Smoking and partying are not allowed, including vapes or shishas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. We do not accommodate more than 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. In the bathroom, a shower, tub and washing machine are available for you. The rooms are individually lockable. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.
