Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.
