One of the best AirBnBs I ever stayed at. Location is amazing, right in the city center, few steps away from Cascade and lots of restaurants and bars. Still quiet though since windows are to the backyard. The apartment is spacious, very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities you need.

A hot tub is positioned outdoors, featuring a gold exterior and a chimney. A wooden ladder provides access to the tub. In the background, the majestic Mount Ararat is visible under a clear blue sky, contributing to the serene countryside setting.

This was my favorite stay in Armenia, I only wish we were able to stay longer! The hosts are super kind and the space is so serene and peaceful. Take your time getting down the driveway as the road is unpaved, but the destination is worth it! One day I will definitely come back to this very special destination ✨💕

Very good house in a luxury place

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

The open air balcony is furnished with two sleek chairs and a small round table. A view of a bustling cityscape is visible, showcasing rows of buildings and tree-lined streets below. The balcony railing provides safety while allowing for unobstructed sightlines.

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

Amazing chalet in Khosrov Reservat. The accommodation is new and includes all that you need for your stay. Friendly host as well who has been responsive, and sharing more information about the area.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.
