We loved this little house with our private terrace! The owner always asked if we need anything else, he was very helpful and friendly ! Kitchen is fully equipped. Our children loved the toasty maker, so they could have melted cheese sandwiches every day! The best sandy beach is only about 10 min drive, but we also used the local sandy beach 1 min walk away. The beaches around generally quiet shallow, so is good for children. Our favourite Gira place just 1 min walk away, you need to turn left after exiting the house and go straight towards the beach , is on the right hand side, and it’s generous portions, with really nice chips for a naughty treat! We would come back again!

If you want to visit Monemvasia and stay in a small village nearby, this very large, bright and well-equipped apartment is perfect for its tranquility as well as the owners who live above, which is appreciated. This is a great place, we recommend it strongly! Right by the beach, you can walk everywhere, and there’s a playground very close if you have kids. The view from the balcony is great too. The owner was also very kind to us: we made a mistake when looking at the baby equipment and she went out of her way to help us find what we needed anyway. So… if you’re hesitating, just book it!

A wonderful, quiet place in the middle of nature/in the olive grove with great views over the hills and very nice terrace... The hosts are always friendly for tips or information and are always available. We 100% recommend the place.

Wonderful traditional house to stay in Karavas village, near Amir Ali Springs. The house itself is clean and peaceful and has anything anyone would need in their summer vacation. The sea is 200 meters away, the beach is ideal, clean sand, transparent water, you can walk for a long time, and in September we are often alone. For dogs, the terrace is screened and there is plenty of space around it.

The apartment has a practical layout and is in very good location. Sotiris is a great host and was very responsive.

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

The location is extraordinary - with a magnificent view over the sea and the surrounding hills. There is nothing around except a few cows, wild goats and some derelict stone stables. The house is about 15min drive from the nearest village (Potamos) throught a steep dirt/rocky road. Absolutely fine with a small SUV or regular car even if a few tricky bends on the way up when car is heavy loaded. Going up and down twice a day for shopping/beach outing is something to think about however. The house is well equipped and we had no issues at all with the solar power. The rooms are great, on different levels, each with their own terrace and feel very private. The plunge pool is lovely. The house gets sun from all sides through the day and it can get very hot - Stefano was kind to provide extra fans for us. 2 accesses to the sea from the house via a 20/30 min steep walk, - rocks, no sand. not for small kids but several A-mazing beaches on Kithira. Remote, beautiful, calm, super night skies.

Great place to be with a family and well equipped. Quiet and well maintained house. Good location for exploring the region with a car.

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

Great stay at this cosy house. It was tidy, equipped with high quality appliances and had good vibes. The location was convenient and easy to reach by car just outside Monemvasia. We would happily stay there again. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Aliki’s in monemvasia! The maisonette was well equipped and so well located to the the castle and everything town had to offer. Aliki’s recommendations for things to do and places to eat were superb!! Highly recommend this amazing quaint spot :)

A peaceful place to enjoy the beauty of the region! Christos is also a very friendly host and we had a great time at his place. He can give you precious advice to visit the area, and the house is also close to a nice beach where you can go on foot and just relax for a few days! Perfect for quiet vacations :)
