You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Hooistek is a cozy and fairly modern holiday home behind a rural, detached house, easy to reach from the Geel Oost exit of the E313. Hooistek has its own entrance, has free WiFi. The holiday accommodation includes a private sauna that can be booked separately. Breakfast is available at a small extra charge. Gerhaegen nature reserve is within walking distance; princely De Merode is nearby, as well as Averbode and Diest. Numerous cycling route networks crisscross the region.

I am Hanne (musician and furniture maker) and live with my 2 sons in the cozy Herenthout. The cottage in our garden has been renovated in a unique way with as many recovered materials and furniture as possible. The furniture changes regularly and is also for sale! It is an open space with separate bathroom and toilet. The sleeping area can be closed off with a curtain.
