Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Cecile and Christian welcome you to Normandy in their little paradise of 3 hectares surrounded by horses, goats, sheep, chickens and ducks! 20 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, 5 minutes from Villedieu-les-Poêles train station and the A84, you are well placed to take a break or visit our beautiful region. You will stay in a very nice and large trailer with every comfort! Guests can enjoy a terrace next to the pond.

Relax with the whole family and friends in our beautiful fully renovated stone house. Located within walking distance to Gavray, you will enjoy this small town full of unique shops(3 bakeries, 2 grocery stores, 1 butcher, gas station, restaurants…) and its Saturday’s farmers market. Gavray is well centralized. The Mont Saint Michel is about 45 minutes away, the D day beaches are about 1 hour away and Granville is 20 minutes away.

Le Hamel au Maigre Cottage

An attractive rural cottage that has been recently renovated, and is set in a picturesque area of Normandy in the Val de Sienne opposite the 12c. Abbaye de Hambye. Our cottage offers ideal holiday accommodation in a peaceful and pretty location. The house is comfortably furnished and we hope that we have thought of everything that guests may need. The garden is large, enclosed, and we welcome guests with well behaved dogs.

Mill

Renovated old mill, the accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet, ideal for relaxing on your own or as a couple. The place is fully equipped. Kitchen on the ground floor, TV lounge on the first floor, and bedroom bathroom ,( bathtub) on the second. If you're coming with friends, you have the option to book the guest room right next to the mill. This room is self-contained, comfortable, and has its own entrance.
