Beachfront vacation rentals in Gavião

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment! It's in a quiet location (at least in May) and a short walk to the beach. Three other beautiful beaches were within a short drive and pretty much empty! The Airbnb is on the top floor, so you need to bring luggage up flights of outdoor stairs. They showed us around the place with a good sense of humor, and gave us a plentiful welcome basket. The larger bedroom has a walk-in shower that is tiny and somewhat difficult to use. The other shower is European-style, in a tub with a half-door of glass, so it's easy to make a bit of a mess. Carlos/Analia were wonderfully responsive to our requests -- dropping off a hairdryer, extra towels and beach umbrella -- and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Their own restaurant, Perturbar, has extremely generous servings and is utterly delightful! The washing machine was broken, but they offered to take our wash to a laundry. A lot of thought and creativity has been poured into this apartment!

Very charming and charismatic. The decoration was peculiar and interesting. The house was as described. Interesting sleeping arrangements, that badge the house fun.

We really loved this peaceful place. There is nature all around, a river to swim in and a big terrace around the house! Ana Maria welcomed us as friends and Sr. Concesso was very nice and helpful during our stay. Muito obrigado!

L'appartement était très propre à l'arrivée. Apparemment très fonctionnel avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour passer de bonnes vacances. La literie était très confortable. L'emplacement est à proximité de la plage (50 mètres). Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, 2 épiceries à 100 m, une librairie et plusieurs cafés en bas de l'immeuble. La communication avec Hil était simple et efficace. Très réactif et m'a donné de bonnes adresses. Rien à dire c'était parfait

Casa equipada com tudo o que necessitamos para umas férias em familia, com uma vista fantástica e total privacidade. Excelente comunicação por parte do Sr José António que sempre respondeu com prontidão às nossas questões. Adoramos!!

Localização excelente,a 2 minutos da praia (a pé), bons restaurantes...um ambiente tranquilo, recomendo 100% a casa da D.Teresa,tudo estava 5 estrelas! Obrigada! Até uma próxima!

Mais uma estadia incrível! O Nesting é maravilhoso, e todos os detalhes são tidos em conta (até na decoração com o pequeno ninho)! A banheira de hidromassagem é fantástica, a decoração de todo o espaço, o pequeno-almoço delicioso, a simpatia do Igor e da família são impressionantes e convidativos! Adorámos o Garden, mas o Nesting é sem dúvida o nosso preferido! Além de que o jantar no Sapé foi maravilhoso e delicioso! O atendimento e a comida fantástica vai fazer-nos voltar sempre que possível! Obrigada por tudo, Igor! Pena só podermos dar 5 estrelas!

Anne was super helpful and gracefully let me change my booking at the last minute. Quick to respond. Her 'assitant' Rachelle who was there and took care of the check-in was equally friendly and responsive. The apartment was great, ideal for a family of 4 or 5. One balcony looks directly out to the beach and the Atlantic, which is literally just across the road. Private, secure parking. Very clean. Very quiet in April. Nazare and the big waves (if you are lucky enough) are just 12 min drive down the road.

We had a lovely week at Elodie's place. The roof terrace is the highlight of the apartment, we spent a lot of time up there. The apartment is great too! It looks just like the photos. The surroundings are great. The beach is idyllic and we walked for miles along the coastline. The little village was quiet in September but we still enjoyed some good meals. Visiting Nazaré is easy with a car or taxi (Uber or Bolt both worked well). The apartment was a perfect place to stay with dogs, lots to do with them in the area and they enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace. Elodie went above and beyond to accommodate us and we really appreciate all her help and recommendations.

Maravilhoso apartamento acolhedor com tudo o que é necessário! Gostei imenso de estar tão perto da praia. Há uma ciclovia que nos leva à Lagoa Ervedeira e à praia de Leiria. A comunicação com a Julie e a Isaura foi óptima e rápida. Recomendo vivamente e voltaremos a ficar lá!

Great place, amazing location. Pedro was a great communicator and the maintenance lady was wonderful and kind as well. Highly recommend this place - lots to do around town!

Espaço acolhedor com churrasqueira, ar condicionado e um ótimo anfitrião, sempre com resposta claras e amigável, para quem quer descansar um pouco é um ótimo lugar.

Esta casinha (que é do tamanho ideal) é certamente uma das melhores surpresas deste ano, sem dúvida a parte mais importante de um dos melhores fim-de-semana de sempre! A proximidade do Rio e tudo o que a casa oferece torna este lugar mágico e muito especial. A repetir em breve. 🙂 Obrigado Andreia!

Casa com excelentes áreas, com garagem para o 1 carro e mesmo perto da praia. Os anfitriões são super simpáticos e disponíveis. Adoramos a nossa estadia!

Es war wunderbar,das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es liegt 50 m weg vom Meer in einer ruhigen,hübschen Strasse mit eigenem Parkplatz, was an Wochenenden ein grosser Vorteil ist.Die küche hat alles was man braucht und wir haben leckere Sachen gekocht und auf der Terasse gegessen. Inês ist total nett und spricht gut Englisch und antwortet immer innerhalb von 10 min. und alles wird sofort geklärt und erledigt. Besser geht es nicht. Wir werden ganz bestimmt nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!!!!! War ein Traumurlaub.

Isilda ha sido una gran anfitriona, atenta y amable. La casa es tal y como la describe. Éramos 8 pero hemos estado muy cómodos y no hemos echado de menos nada. Respecto a la zona no la conocíamos y nos ha gustado, tranquila pero con varios restaurantes y chiringuitos en los que hemos comido bastante bien.

Ana was an great host and the house is absolutely amazing! Ana was super flexible with check in and check out times and through the duration of our stay made sure we had all we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely be back for more family vacation.
