Sie ist 50 m² groß und hat eine 30 m² große Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Meerblick. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau der Ende 2018 fertig gestellt wurde.

Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.
