Perfect if you looking for a group getaway or just a getaway with your partner. Highly recommended, pictures dont do justice. The surroundings are really beautiful. 👌

oh my days...such a beautiful space, I'm just lost for words. I would like to go get away as frequently as I could possibly do. it's most definitely worth every penny, great sighting of animals at close range. lovely host, so kind, warm, responsive, and respectful. made you feel at home 🏡 so much peace

We decided on the honeymoon suite, and can confirm it's a wonderfully cosy log cabin for two - perfectly rustic, and peacefully quiet. It was a wonderful break away from city, with plenty natural heritage in the surrounding area. We're very grateful for our stay, and look forward to visiting again.

We rented this place for several families as a homebase for 40th bday celebrations over the course of the weekend. Really great space for big contingent with big rooms, lots of common space, lots of amenities and opportunities for hosting and fun. We were lucky that even though it's going into winter, sun was out and sky cloudless so it didn't get bitterly cold in the open common spaces. Even so, there are many fireplaces scattered about. Will be a great venue particularly in spring / summer for anything from multi family or friend holiday home base in Harties to bachelor party venue. (Not being in an estate or similar means noise also isn't an issue). PS, there's a nice deck for any avid skywatchers. Brought my telescope along and had some great lunar, stellar and planetary views

The place is beautiful and peaceful. It looked exactly like the pictures. The walk leading to the unit was a little humbling, but so worth it. Monica is one amazing host, she was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I stayed at Mimie's for 3 weeks while on a work trip to Pretoria and couldn't have chosen a better place. The cabin was cosy and the plants and trees in the compound made me completely at home. Mimie's place is in a lovely and serene neighbourhood within walking distance to a shopping complex and a number of good restaurants. The highlight of my stay was Mimie's hospitality! She left snacks at my place on the first day since I was arriving in the evening and brought home made cookies for me to take home as she came to bid me farewell!

We loved it so much the first time, we just had to go a second time. Just as peaceful as ever. Just phenomenal. Definitely going back for the next getaway.

Being in the middle of nowhere with nothing but stunning views all around is the best place to be relaxed in. A friendly and responsive host who promptly responded to our inquiries. Would definitely visit again

We initially had a challenge with the area for the dogs as it was removed from our cottage ... HOWEVER Ilze really went the extra mile and plus to accommodate us.. we really had alovely stay..

We spent a weekend at Temple, and I still think about it. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the property was absolutely beautiful! I felt like I wasn't in Johannesburg anymore. It was the perfect stay away from home. There was a small water outage in the area during our stay, but the host was so helpful with getting us water, and the problem was resolved early in our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden was so lovely to sit in and read. Overall, our stay was so amazing and I can't wait to come back!

Excellent receiption, well powered house with gas and solar system. Entertainment in form of swimming, Chess and Golf Very safe environment to stay.

A unique place to stay. A cosy cabin located in a quiet suburb in Midrand, just a stone throw away from Mall of Africa. The best venue I’ve been in so far. The space is clean, spacious, has a great view and best value for money. Wish I would have stayed much longer. Will definitely book the place out again soon.
