Great place, very nice and helpful hosts. Many things like shower gels, wood for a BBQ, towels, etc. have already been provided by the hosts and have simplified so much. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and is an absolute recommendation.

What a great stay! The home was spotless, had a comfortable vibe, and perfect location. Alexis was the most responsive host I’ve ever had, and his mom Eva was so accommodating and offered a ton of great advice for our trip. Delicious restaurants, a small grocery store and atm we’re a quick 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again next time we come to Madeira!

We had a fantastic time on the island. In addition to the nature that makes Madeira so fascinating, we were also able to spend some very relaxing days in our accommodation. Everything was just like in the pictures, so we could start our vacation with a great feeling. The accommodation was modern, clean and very luxurious with a pool and the number of rooms, each with its own bathroom. And who wouldn't want to wake up with a view of the sea? Wonderful. Henrique was also easy to contact if we had any questions and check-in with the key box was very simple. There is a small supermarket in this small town if you need anything. Otherwise, Calheta is not far away with larger shopping facilities. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation, although the accommodation with its large kitchen and outdoor grill is of course also perfect for a meal. Thank you for a wonderful time in Madeira, we'd love to come back!

Our stay was really nice. The place corresponded exactly to the description and photos. Julien was a very nice communicative host who gave good tips for the island. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The road to the property is quite steep. You should therefore rent a suitable car. There is a construction site near the property, which can occasionally be heard. However, this did not significantly disrupt our stay, as we were traveling during the day. We can only recommend the place.

The property easily lives up to the description and the pictures. The houses are fully equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pools offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean during the day and of the sky at night. There are no road noises, the place is truly calm. Grocery stores are a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants. Numerous hikes can be found in the region. The host is very reactive and will provide many recommandations related to restaurants and activities. Renting both houses to two families is a great way to spend time together while also having some privacy. I would go back there without any hesitation.

The house is extremely well located, in a quiet area with a stunning sea view. It is the ideal place to rest and enjoy the scenery. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay. It was a great experience — I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Patricia’s villa for 9 days and had a great time. The view overlooking the ocean with the infinity pool was beautiful! We loved waking up to this gorgeous view each morning. It was also a plus that we had the use of house cleaners that came during our stay to make the place extra tidy after we stayed halfway through! All the balcony’s outside connected and lead directly to the downstairs pool. There’s also a “secret” access to the bottom of the cliff which was very cool! Everything was perfect! All in, I’d give this a 5 star stay, everyone was extremely happy and we would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you for hosting us

There was a group of 8 of us and we had the most amazing stay! The location is super close to the airport and the main town making it easy to get around. It is very private house so it feels like your own secluded space. The access to the beach is stunning and the large deck with the pool, sauna and BBQ make a perfect space to hang for the day. Would 100% recommend staying here! Thank you 😊

One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The place was so spacious and open, yet felt like at home and cozy. Everything we needed was readily available/ easily accessible. The home is perched up in Ponta do Sol, so the view is of the homes below, and then the drop off to the ocean. Private pool was clean and big enough for our family of 7. Private parking is a gamechanger anywhere in Portugal, and you have a whole driveway which fit our enormous van. Lots of good hikes in every direction so you never feel like you’re driving too much, everything is about 40 minutes from this location, even the other side of the island. Host was so great responsive despite the hour difference from where she is located. Thank you so much for our stay we loved it.

Beautiful house overlooking Funchal & ocean. House was well equipped with everything you may need during your stay (pool towels, baby high chair, gym equipment, fresh linens & very well stocked kitchen appliances). Short drive to shops & restaurants. The house is on a steep hill, you will likely need a car to get around town. Host was responsive and communicative. Would stay again.

Amazing space to rejuvenate and reconnect with the very special people in my life, enjoyed every inch of Grey Rock from the bespoke kitchen which had EVERYTHING you needed to cook superb dinners to the heated infinity pool over looking the ocean to the squishy cushions for the sunbeds…..we loved it!

This is how AirBNB should be. The house is stacked with everything. How often are you in an Airbnb and they only have 6 plates? Here they have 20+, they have Great knives, tons of kitchenware, enough toilet paper, plenty of dishwasher tabs and also cleaner for the washing machine. Things you normally expect but somehow got lost in the making money machine Airbnb is now. Not here!! A absolute crazy welcome basket (have not had such a big one ever), friendly crew and absolute amazing place - can only recommend

We absolutely loved our stay in Madeira! The property was incredibly clean—honestly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Everything was spotless and so well maintained. The welcome gifts were such a thoughtful touch—local produce that gave us a warm introduction to the island. The house had everything we needed, from great coffee to handy extras like Tupperware, which made day trips really convenient. The sunsets from the property were absolutely stunning—something we looked forward to every evening. The location was great for accessing shops and restaurants nearby, but we’d definitely recommend having a car to explore more of the island comfortably. All in all, a fantastic stay. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The place was as shown in the photos and described in the description text. It was clean and very modern. When the sun is shining, the pool is perfect and offers a nice cool-down. Hostess Sonia was super nice and communication was great. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! There were two of us, but the place is definitely great for 4 people.

We had a very nice stay. Our hosts were very attentive and surprised us with great little things. Our little parking problem in the garage was solved immediately. Great roof terrace with pool view of the sea. Super clean and good beds!

The house was great, especially if you were traveling with a big family unfortunately, the weather was bad while we were there so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor space. The host was very responsive. We definitely recommend we especially enjoyed watching the planes takeoff and land the only negative that we can see is when we were using the cooktop and had the heaters on the cooktop kept turning off. We finally figured it out. It seemed like the house couldn’t handle having too many appliances on at the same time other than that, we loved it.

The view from the garden was truly beautiful. The cottage is so close to the sea that you could hear the surf in your bedroom. Otherwise, it was very quiet. A wonderful swimming pool and garden with different seats and also sunbeds so you could always choose where you wanted to sit. There was even a BBQ!

We had wonderful days at the property and would book them again anytime. There was everything you needed and very clean.
