The house is a 10-minute walk from a pool (July/August) and two minutes from bars and restaurants. But close the door behind you and it becomes the perfect hideaway for birdwatchers, walkers and anyone wanting to relax in a stunning setting.

BRAND NEW! We just finished a stylish renovation of this unit in August 2022. Absolutely world-class interior and a big balcony literally on top of the gorge. Meters away from the bridge. Located on one of the tangle of old narrow winding streets and lanes that make up the heart of the village. The house has a lovely comfortable feel, it is situated on the edge of the village, but only a few minutes walk to the centre with its charming narrow streets and friendly bars and restaurants.

Gaucín was a very good discovery, a white village in the mountains overlooking Gibraltar and Africa, very nice streets, mostly artists, people from the village, English retirees... There is a lot to do for someone like me who likes nature and to chill in a village. There are many hiking trails, and many neighboring villages worth visiting. We only stayed two nights and we regret not being able to extend. Ana was very communicative, helpful, and left us alone in the house. Very cozy, clean and cool house (which was a plus with the heat it is now) with the terrace and its magnificent views. Honestly, everything was impeccable. If I had to mention any drawbacks: that next door they are under construction (fortunately we get up early), and that the room overlooks the street where cars pass (there are very few, however the few that pass are quite loud). Overall and to conclude, it was a very satisfactory stay, we left happy!!

The finca is a beautiful location for your holiday! The pool is large and well kept , you can just spend days relaxing by it. The finca is close to lots of other lovely busier towns but gives you the privacy you need. The place is incredibly well looked after and there was everything we could have needed and more there. The beds were comfy too!! Could not recommend enough. Thankyou for having us :)

This is our second stay in the Beachhouse. We fell in love with the place on our first visit and had to come back. It’s so peaceful here, the house is really well equipped with anything you might need- even a hand pump to blow up the kids pool toys. We all slept so well, loved the pool, this year we made use of the promenade for long walks. A perfect spot to relax and be able to pop in and out of the beautiful town of estepona.
