Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

old Landes lavoir, renovated interior, located close to the paper factory (see other odor information section), terrace garden, barbecue. - By car 8 min from the beaches 3 km, 2 min from Mimizan center with all shops and its market, 3 min from Mimizan lake with all water activities and beaches, 1 min from trails in the forest. - Bike 3 bike paths located 30 m from the accommodation allow you to reach the ocean in 15 minutes, the center of Mimizan, 8 min to the lake and its beaches.

The accommodation has a bed: a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom with toilet There is wifi, a place to park in front and somewhere to lock your bikes. Put your bags and car down and do everything on foot or by bike. You won't be disappointed, you'll have a pleasant stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance without neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice to have an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available at an extra cost (50 euro unlimited per night of booking, from your arrival until your departure the next day. Small house (35m2) in the centre of Ychoux. The house offers a double bedroom, a dining/siiting rooom with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. terrace and private parking space. The house is ideally located in a village with a wide range of shops (grocery, bakery, butcher...), 25 mn away from Biscarrosse and Mimizan, 40 mn from Arcachon or an hour from Bordeaux. There is a train station 5 mn away from the house.

Chez les Landais 2 "the cottage"

A completely refurbished old residential cottage on fenced and private land with quiet oaks, close to the beaches of Mimizan(12 km), golf, Lake Ste Eulalie (4 km), bike paths and shops. Ideal for all types of stays whether alone, as a couple and/or small family (with a baby you can put an umbrella bed in it) and there is a driver. It is fully equipped. L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.
