Perfect for us as a family with 3 people. Very well-functioning house located just under the city center, but the stroll to the bakery with the fresh croissants is just part of the great experience - not least because you are greeted by the most amazing view of Grimaud Bay along the way. The owner takes care of the house and it is clear that it is important to him that guests are comfortable.

Incredible villa, equipped with everything you might need and more! We’ve never stayed in such a well equipped villa before. Lovely modern interiors and beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers for everyone in the group. Good location outside St Tropez town for some peace and quiet, but very close to all amenities and day activities. We will be back!

Great house with a perfect location

Two of us spent two weeks in this beautiful house of Sanne and Floris. For two people the house is perfect! It is modern, clean and very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. The beds and shower are also great. The closet space is generous. We used and enjoyed the secluded large terrace with stunning views and the small pool a lot. We went on many excursions and were always happy to return to our beautiful temporary home. Sanne and Floris are all around great caring hosts and you can feel that they love their house. Great! 10/10. Looking forward to the next stay.

We thank Jérôme for a great stay! Before and during the stay, he gave us many tips for excursions and even created a kind of "travel plan" based on our needs. For our dog and our small child (14 months), he provided various things that were really helpful for the stay (bowls, buggy, high chair, toys,…). The accommodation is ideally located to visit famous beaches, cities (Saint-Tropez, Monaco, Cannes, Nice, etc.), wineries, the Verdon Gorge and much more. For the remaining time, the villa offers enough amenities to make it comfortable (e.g. even in bad weather). Unfortunately, there was damage to our vehicle during the stay due to a storm. Here, too, Jérôme made a direct effort to find solutions. The case is currently still being clarified by Airbnb. However, this does not cloud the overall experience, we will be happy to come back!

An absolute dream! The villa is located above the picturesque bay of Aiguebelle near Le Lavandou – already at breakfast the view wanders over the glittering Mediterranean, and in the evening you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the terrace.  The house itself leaves nothing to be desired: two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a stylish living/dining area that leads directly to the terrace.  Airbnb Our hostess was exceptionally warm and helpful from the start. She welcomed us personally, gave us many insider tips on excursions and restaurants via app and was always available without ever being intrusive. Thanks to their commitment, we immediately felt at home. In short: fantastic location, a house with first-class comfort and a hostess who embodies true hospitality. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation!

A great house in a great location, an within a private area and a short walk to the beach and a 10/15 minute walk to centre of Sainte Maxime

A lovely stay at this beautiful Villa, everything was clean and of good quality. A responsive host. Close to Saint-Tropez, close to the port of Grimaud. The pool is a big plus for our children who were able to enjoy it every day. I recommend

We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage children who each brought a friend. We all loved the house. The teenagers thought it was the "best ever". Great bedrooms (the air con was a must) with very comfortable beds and shutters for a good blackout at night. There is no aircon upstairs. The pool and pool area were very nice and I liked that I could see and be heard at the pool from the kitchen! The outside areas were lovely (for eating at the back and for enjoying the view and a drink at the front). The house has no neighbours and is very peaceful but with a view of Cogolin so you don't feel isolated. Cogolin has everything you need - including a vet. A starter pack would have been good - we arrived in the evening after a very long drive and luckily had some provisions with us as we had already been in France for a week but would have been despondent at the prospect of a supermarket trip right there and then.

Travelled with family of 4 on a car to visit St. Tropez and local surroundings. Could not have felt more at home! Place is super cozy and has everything you could need with great supermarkets nearby. We cooked some, ate out some, enjoyed the pool, relaxed, grilled, etc. This is a GREAT find and Diana is an incredible host with super proactive recommendations and info on the area..! Would like to be back!

Excellent all round, definitely would like to visit again. Would highly recommend Pool great, all the rooms where great, all bathrooms where big.

We had a lovely time! The house and its exteriors are really very pleasant and peaceful. Special mention to Laetitia who received us and whose kindness and availability must be emphasized. A slight effort on cleaning is required. But I highly recommend this accommodation which is ideal for holidays with family or friends in view of the layout of the house and its exteriors.

Very nice apartment, well located in La Croix Valmer. New condition very well maintained and equipped. Large terrace with magnificent sea views and facing south with all the equipment (table, sunbed...). Highly responsive host by message. Children's room small only for sleeping. Fantastic week in All Saints 2024 great sunshine and temperatures ideal. Exceptional surroundings (Cap Lardier, St Tropez, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Port Cogolin), Bormes Les Mimosas, Gassin, Ramatuelle, ...)
