14 days of great tranquility and security. very cordial host and available to our needs. even offering a delicious pineapple cuca. Very well tended pool, offer of chairs and sunguard tbm to be taken to the beach. very pleasant outdoor space with option of shower, full bathroom and barbecue, stove, fridge, washing machine. in general, the spaces of the house itself provided a stay with an expected rest. we will possibly return.

We love the house! It is very beautiful, clean, fragrant and super complete. The decoration is very tasteful, the items available are top quality and provide a lot of comfort. The host, Luana, was very flexible and helpful throughout the stay. I definitely recommend it and would host again!

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent for those seeking peace, contact with nature and real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super helpful, attentive and showed real concern for our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we already want to go back! Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The Red Sobradinho is charming, cozy and bright. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is great! We were even able to appreciate the Caiçara culture in the throwing of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Access to the river is very easy and the entire area of the house is very well fenced, which gives you the security to let the children play freely. We really enjoyed the barbecue area and the very well-planned wood stove. The area is scenic and the tour is worth it. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to all messages, was very transparent with other information and kind with the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. Tip: Put a volleyball net on the lawn and a game room on the third floor. We will definitely be back and recommend the property.

We spent an amazing week as a family, there were 10 of us and the house had everything from kitchen equipment, bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, children's playhouse, barbecue and a wonderful outdoor space, in addition to being close to great bakeries and supermarkets! Beautiful and clean house, comfortable beds, new good quality bed and bath linens, clean and smelling fresh, clean bathrooms, good showers, full kitchen, household appliances and portable electronics working perfectly, dishes, cutlery, platters, pots to prepare meals, oven and wood stove, I even made bread and cake. The decoration is beautiful and the outside is wonderful with rivers and woods around and ample space for hiking and enjoying nature. The trails on the property were a differential, we did it as a family with young people, the elderly and even 1 baby. It was really cool. Carlos was the host and from the first contact he was extremely kind, responded quickly, answered questions, gave suggestions to make the most of the place and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Upon arrival, there was a complimentary basket of sweet corn and a kind message. We felt welcomed, important and at home at the Refuge. We will definitely be back.
