The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BARBECUE NOT ALLOWED

El precio incluye acceso a habitaciones y baños según el número de personas en la reserva. El alojamiento es privado; si sois dos, se habilitará una habitación y un baño, y las demás quedarán cerradas. Se puede pagar un suplemento para usar más espacios. Can Martí is a studio, located on the ground floor of our house, with completely independent access. Ideal for couples. It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
