All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. In a quiet area of Sitges, in ground floor, this cosy and spacious loft, ideal for 4 people (suitable for 6), will offer you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay in Sitges. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. Internet/WIFI From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ more or less Always available to answer to your questions ! The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Rosa’s place a lot! Rosa was very supportive and nice. What we enjoyed the most was the pristine pool and a very lovely garden with a terrace. I also want to note the unexpectedly private layout of the guest lodging. It was like an apartment inside an apartment, with the room, the dedicated bathroom and the terrace all separated from the main house. This made us feel more comfortable with our daily activities, as we knew we were not disturbing the hosts. Thank you Rosa for the wonderful stay at your beautiful place. We’d love to come again someday!

The place was very clean and with plenty of comfort and a special mention for the nice inner courtyard for breakfasts! Our hosts took great care of us and gave us excellent recommendations for visiting and finding good restaurants around the house. The house is in a lively neighborhood, but we were there on a weekend of ascension and the noise from the restaurants and cafes stops at a reasonable time, so there are no nuisances and the location is a positive point. A few minutes' walk away is a supermarket where you can find the essentials and the Friday market is worth a visit. A few minutes' drive away there are supermarkets. The seaside walk is also pleasant. We came with our 4 children and we highly recommend Cubelles and Sergi's accommodation as a family destination.

We arrived during a rural grid fault, which made phone traffic, texting, and Google maps not working. Daniel came to see if everything worked out. Involved host, showed initiative to give tips throughout the week. The house is compacted, yet spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Outdoor space cozy, beautiful swimming pool, completely detached garden , nowhere view in the garden or the house. House is on a mountain. The associated village is 7 row minutes away and from there Barcelona is easily accessible by train (30’) or by car. Supermarket and gas station available. Good starting point for visits in the area. The house is definitely recommended

You should have no problem staying here. Easy to find the property and check in. Pedro is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Very close to the train station which is only a couple minutes ride to the beach. Very good if you want to stay outside of Barcelona and close to the airport. I would stay here again.
