Outre le fait que l'appartement "japonais", en dépit de sa petite taille, soit 100% fonctionnel et confortable, il faut souligner le fait que Vaghram est un artiste (il est l'auteur de la menuiserie de l'appartement, de son ingénieux système d'éclairage, des peintures murales...), qui nous donne la possibilité d'habiter pour quelques temps ses œuvres d'art. Mon seul regret est d'être venu trop tôt dans l'année, avant la mise en fonction du joli petit bassin aménagé (naturellement par le même artiste) au milieu de la cour de l'immeuble. Bonus : le quartier très pratique (tous les magasins nécessaires dans un rayon de 50m!), à 15-25 minutes (en fonction du traffic) et 1000-1400 dram (idem) du centre historique.

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Ev gayet şık döşenmiş ve gayet temizdi. Konumu tam olarak mükemmel. Birebir tarif edildiği gibiydi, ayrıca eve girişinizde birakmis olduklari ufak içecekler yol yorgunluğu icin çok yardımcı oluyor. Beklentilerimin üstünde memnun edici bir deneyim oldu, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrıca beraber çalıştıkları transfer ekibi gayet sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever, onları da unutmamış olayım =)

Отличный дом для того, чтобы отдохнуть с друзьями на выходных. Красивая, ухоженная территория, классный бассейн. Есть все необходимое: лежаки, зонтик, полотенца, посуда, оборудование для гриля. Ночью очень тихо, никакого гула машин, только звуки природы. Рядом есть магазин, но там только базовые продукты - если хотите чего-то особенного, рекомедую привозить с собой. Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

很好的房东，愉快的两周假期。房间整洁，小院儿可以乘凉烧烤，一天不出门也很自在。有厨房可以方便地做饭。离大型商超很近，购物方便。附近的40路公交可以去城里。晚上可看城市夜景，白天可以远眺阿勒山。真的是个很超值的民宿。

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

It was a very short stay (half day, half night), and I like it a lot: very friendly, very flexible, good price, nice view, and a great place to stay: clean, modern, I like the design of the room, large window with a great view, big bathroom, everything was good. It was my first trip to Armenian in 33 years, and I wanted to find a place to relax and enjoy myself with my family. The description of the house was exactly as we saw. It. It is a little paradise outside of the town. The beautiful house, the outside pool, and the rest of the properties covered with fruit trees create a familiar and relaxing place. Both bedrooms on the property's second floor have the most fantastic view of the sunrise, and on the balcony, you can claim the rest of the valley.

Uns geht es weniger um einen Hochglanzurlaub. Wir wollen etwas von den Menschen erleben, uns in ihre Kultur einfühlen können. Das hat uns der Aufenthalt bei Anna definitiv ermöglicht, da uns die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft ständig präsent war. Alleine deswegen werde ich wieder kommen. Und die Wohnung war auch super geräumig und schön eingerichtet.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

L’appartement était tout simplement merveilleux. Nous sommes venus en grande famille — neuf personnes au total : quatre adultes et cinq enfants. Tout le monde s’est très bien installé, les pièces étaient propres, modernes et fraîches. Deux chambres offrent une vue magnifique sur le mont Ararat. Ma grand-mère et ma tante étaient tout simplement ravies de se réveiller avec une telle vue depuis la fenêtre. Il y a une grande terrasse où l’on peut s’asseoir, faire un barbecue et manger ensemble. Une grande table est à disposition. Tout le monde a adoré ce séjour. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable : serviettes, vaisselle, couverts. La télévision offre aussi de nombreuses fonctionnalités : Netflix, Okko et d’autres plateformes pour regarder des films dans plusieurs langues. L’emplacement de l’appartement est tout simplement parfait — à trois minutes à pied de l’une des principales curiosités de la ville : les Cascades. . Un grand merci ! Nous sommes très, très satisfaits.

The apartment was fantastic! It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!
