There is a car road all the way to the cabin all year round, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for hiking in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter there is a cross country trail right behind the cabin and you can go on an alpine ski right outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

In the center of Lom you will find this apartment on the ground floor of a detached house in a quiet residential area and with great views. The apartment is equipped with what you need for a few days stay. In addition to the 5 sleeping places there is a separate cot in one bedroom. Moderne leilighet ca 2 km fra Lom sentrum. Den ligger idyllisk til på en gård med fint uteområde. Det er mange turmuligheter i nærområdet. Alt fra turer rett ut fra boplassen og lengre turer som Galdhøpiggen og Besseggen, Jotunheimen, Reinheimen og Breheimen nasjonalpark med mange fjell. For de med ski er det tilgang til skibod med “skiwise” for å stelle skiene. Det er hage og plen rundt huset og det er greit å gå ned til Lom sentrum. Vi er en barnefamilie med aktivt barn. Noe lyd må påberegnes.

Stay cozy and rural in our holiday home in Garmo. Electric car charger on site. (Type 2 socket. Charging paid after consumed KWH) . The house is located in Garmo in the middle of Jotunheimen. Short distance to both the mountain, the national park village of Lom and the village of Vågåmo. The house has a living room/kitchen in an open plan, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Large partially covered porch with gas grill. Linen and towels are included.

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!
