In 2016, the old shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make it a 3-bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. With its feet in the water, the site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the hangar... ideal for aperitif time! :) A sea view jacuzzi for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the hiking trails of Carantec. We welcome you as if you were at home!

This beautiful 17th century listed building boasts a four-poster bed, a grand central staircase and a suntrap rooftop garden and is uniquely decorated with quirky furniture and artwork. Building dating from the 17th century, recently restored to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

The small Plessix gîte

In the countryside 10 minutes from the sea, we will be delighted to host you in this farmhouse in a charming farm building, all in a wooded park crossed by a small stream. Located in an outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, you will have a private garden with terrace and barbecue. You will also find in this rural setting conducive to relaxation spaces that we can share: A vegetable greenhouse, an orchard with our sheep and chickens...

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

New! Charming 18th-century pavilion

Want a timeless break facing the beautiful bay of Morlaix? Located in Carantec on the GR34, a few steps from the Breton manor of Fransic (18th century) and its charming chapel, come and discover TY BIHAN, a small period pavilion whose authenticity hides all the comforts for an unforgettable stay for two. From its south-facing terrace, its living room with equipped kitchen or its bedroom with spa bath, enjoy stunning views of the bay.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Kermartin - breathtaking view of the bay of Morlai

This house is perched on the heights of the coastal path. A small road turning into a path will reveal a magnificent panorama of the bay of Morlaix: the Château du Taureau, the Black Island, the oyster beds, Carantec. Its veranda allows you to enjoy the view whatever the weather, inside you will find all the comfort in summer and winter thanks to the fireplace.

Loïc and Claudie welcome you to this peaceful place to stay that offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Come and recharge your batteries between the sea, countryside and Monts d'Arrhes. Our white sandy beaches, hiking trails and greenways ideal for bike rides are waiting for you. A space to store your bike safely is at your disposal.

This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorica Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate units with independent entrances. The photos on the ad match the rented part. The 5000 m² plot is located in a quiet area, away from the road and in a wooded environment.
