In 2016, the old shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make it a 3-bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. Located in an outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, you will have a private garden with terrace and barbecue. You will also find in this rural setting conducive to relaxation spaces that we can share: A vegetable greenhouse, an orchard with our sheep and chickens...

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Its veranda allows you to enjoy the view whatever the weather, inside you will find all the comfort in summer and winter thanks to the fireplace.

This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorica Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate units with independent entrances. The photos on the ad match the rented part. The 5000 m² plot is located in a quiet area, away from the road and in a wooded environment.
