If you are looking for something which is Old Kolkata nostalgia, look no further. It reminded me of my Childhood home. The same color of the floor, similar wood work. Bani has maintained it well to retain the old Kolkata charm. clean, spacious apartment which felt like home. The toilet fittings are upgraded to match the modern day requirements. The apartment is originally a large which is split into 2 smaller, self sufficient apartments. we took both of them which if needed could fit 6 people. Bani was very approachable, responsive for any help. I asked for it a couple of times and ahe was prompt to respond. The location is a BIG plus. All the favourite food I grew up with were available within a One KM radius. Overall.. when ever I plan to come back to Kolkata, I will definitely check if Bani's place is available or not.

place was really good..from photos it might look a little offbeat but it's actually good from in person. thought AC wasn't there but the place remains cool ( surrounded by trees and plants + Ground floor) so it's not much problem. Mr souvik is really helpful and responsive.. Place is peaceful and silent no disturbance... you feel full independence and privacy Onlines orders are good to go within 15-20 mins food gets delivered to the location . I and my Partner loved the place.

A very clean and comfortable place, very elegantly furnished and decorated, in a great peaceful neighborhood steps away from local establishments. Piyali and her family live right above and are very helpful and proactive. Would love to stay with them again.

It’s a nice pla; my family had a great time. Joydip’s mother was very responsive. Dakshineswar Kali Temple and Belur Math are the closest attractions. Uber services are available, and the nearest metro station is Dakshineswar.

Our stay at Pramit's place was a comfortable one - it had significant space, rooms were warm and insulated, the backyard and the sunshine it gets was perfect for some games with my children and some relaxation during the day. The beds were also comfortable, and there were many charging points beside them for devices (an important need in today's times). The kitchen was also very functional - had a cooking area, RO water point, fridge and microwave. I also appreciated that the help were very receptive and tidied up when asked. The neighborhood is a quiet one during the day, had limited shops in the vicinity and its a 5-min walk to the main road - was not an issue for us as we used delivery apps and had a car at our disposal (Pramit can also provide one at a small fee if needed). There is also a mosque nearby so there is some noise at odd hours (was not a major issue for us). Overall, the stay was an excellent one for us and we would love to stay here again if possible.

The locality was very peaceful. Great connectivity as it is very close to metro station. Nice and well maintained house. with all the listed amenities available. Priti was very co-operative and friendly. This would definitely be my first choice if I had to visit again.

It was a delightful experience from hassle free ,warm chcek in to quick check out. Facilities were exactly what are shown in the photos. Host was always eager to help from finding good breakfast, laundery services,replenishment of consumables, getting the house cleaned etc. Mr .Pankaj was very forthcoming and walked extra mile make the stay comfortable. There are good walking path around the lagoon and snack centres to make morning walks pleasurable. Would love to stay in the property in the future too, Thanks Pankaj
