Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Ottimo alloggio comodo e spazioso. Comodo anche il posto auto accessibile da cancello ad apertura elettrica il tutto protetto dalla recinzione. Le istruzione e l'assistenza fornita da Maurizio sono stati soddisfacenti e puntuali.

Estancia con lo necesario para estar varios días en Milán ya que además de lo limpio, bien ubicado, también la cocineta y la lavadora te permite estar realmente como en casa. Espero que nuevamente podamos ir a Milan y rentar su departamento de Mario

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Flavia. Le parking fermé est vraiment très appréciable et facile à trouver. Le logement correspond aux photos et il est très propre avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Le seul point négatif est le bruit dans la rue.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location! Not far from the main station and a short walk to park Sempione. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for what we needed! Fabio was also friendly and easy to communicate with.

Safe, clean apartment. Bedroom was very spacious and a comfy bed. Not too far from the centre of Milan, I believe there are good trams direct to the centre although we just got taxis

Very bright and beautiful apartment, the neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet, away from any crowds. There is a tram nearby which is convenient, there are good restaurants, not that touristy. However, there are some things though that I would keep in mind, not necessarily bad ones, rather of practical value: - there are mostly italian sockets, if you need a Shucko socket there is only one and for me it was very hard to do my hair with my Dyson because I couldn’t see myself in the mirror (there is no mirror near the shower). - the lack of mirrors with a good light: I always put on make-up and it was hard to find a good spot… the bathroom mirror was too far away and I couldn’t be precise and the bedroom mirror was half in light, half in darkness. 🤣 - also the light is not great in the apartment during the night: I had to read and study at nighttime and used the kitchen table, but I really struggled with the visibility, I even brought one of the bedside lamps

Agnese e’ un ottimo host, precisa ed efficiente. Buoni tempi di risposta. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out. Appartamento come nelle foto, pulito ed in palazzina sita all’interno del complesso quindi nessun rumore proveniente dalla strada. Ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze e fermata del metro distante 5 minuti a piedi. Super consigliato per raggiungere San Siro anche a piedi.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Straßenbahn fährt fast direkt vor der Tür (1 und 14), so dass man überallhin kommt (bis zum Dom dauert es ca.30 min). Auch der Supermarkt ist innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Marilu’ war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir werden wiederkommen wenn wir in Mailand sind. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Wszytko było idealnie! Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony, wszytko zgodnie z opisem. Łatwy dojazd z centrum miasta. Marco przemiły i bardzo pomocny 🙂 Gorąco polecam!

I stayed at Nicola place from 11-16 June 2025 while attending the EHA2025 at MICO which is at walkable distance from here. In general I can say that Nicola house is something very rare to find , the small studio fully equipped with every thing you need. Nicola is awesome host although I didn’t met him during my stay but he was always promptly answering any question. The place is vey secure and safe and the neighborhood is quite awesome . Also the place is accessible to most forms of transport which can take for every spot in milano. Not far from the place is a good supermarket and an italian pizza restaurant making very good pizza stuffs . Thank you Nicola for your attention for every details in the house and the easy and flexible checkin and out. You are a kind of persons who are very rare to find this days. Sure I will come again when ever visiting Milano and I will recommend the place for every friend of mine.

Appartamento funzionale, si nota la recente ristrutturazione. Host reattivo e estremamente gentile. Zona top per comodità, tranquillità ma anche accesso a stadio, Fiera e centro città. Una base perfetta sia per il relax, sia per il business.

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

Vincenzo’s place was exactly as described! Very clean and open space that felt like home. The location is perfectly situated with a bus stop right outside the door, within a 10 minute walk to the metro, and also a 10 minute walk to the Malpensa airport shuttle bus! I stayed for a conference at MiCo and was able to walk the 10-15 minutes each day. The location felt safe and private. Highly recommend staying at Vincenzo’s place!!

Ekaterina jest wspaniałym gospodarzem, bardzo pomocna i dostępna. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dobra, dobrze skomunikowany, bardzo czysty z klimatyzacja co w upalne dni ratuje życie. Bardzo polecam i z pewnością jeszcze wrócę ☺️

L’alloggio di Filippo è vicinissimo allo stadio di San Siro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in nemmeno 10 minuti. L’appartamento è nuovo, molto carino e ben curato, con uno spazio esterno invidiabile! Ritornerò sicuramente!

This little Airbnb is gorgeous! Absolutely exactly as pictured, better even. We were travelling with a 7 month old baby and it was perfect. All the little details made a world of difference. Cold bottled water on arrival was a treat! As far as location - 12 euro via taxi to Duomo or an easy tram ride and you're there! The area itself is out of the hustle but this was perfect for us as we were chasing a quiet space to retreat to. Kitchen is well equiped and the bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. The location is unbeatable—right next to a metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a hairdryer and scissors to a washing machine. Both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning, which was a huge plus. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions that made everything easy. Am stat in apartamentul lui Alberto pentru 4 zile având o deplasare în interes de serviciu. E la 10-15 min de mers pe jos de Milano Convention center. Apartamentul curat, relativ bine mobilat cu tot ce îți trebuie că prima utilitate. Recomand

Francesco and Jumy are an amazing host. They are very friendly and helpful. The property was very close to Alianz mico and the QT8 metro station which made traveling to and fro in Milan very convenient. The surroundings are peaceful and felt at home. They also recommended us few places to see around in Milan and they were great. We did not feel like leaving the airbnb. Milan was great because of them and the airbnb. It was cozy and cute. Please do visit their place.
