Monthly Rentals in Gardiners Bay

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

The most memorable experience of my 2025! Firstly, the cottage is absolutely stunning! The furniture is super comfortable and clean and the interior design is super cute and welcoming. This was a birthday trip for my gf and it couldn’t have gone any better. We followed Alias guidebook from restaurants to sunset sailing to cruising the nearby beach on the e-bikes Alia has to offer in the garage. I love how close everything is to the cottage but also how private we were located for a peaceful stay. The nearby town has flower shops, amazing restaurants, boutiques, cafes and bakeries. We decided to enjoy it all the way through and now we want to book again. Alia even recommended activities outside of Greenport like in Sag Harbor and Shelter island which we ofc followed. After all the shopping and exploring we came home to a beautiful cottage with an outside fire pit and hammock with deers resting nearby. A magical experience, 100% recommend! Will book again soon!

Incredible place to stay as a solo traveler. Clean, organized and efficient space with everything you could possibly need on site ! Amazing host with such knowledgeable recommendations for the surrounding area. Would absolutely stay here again & could not recommend more.
