Not far from nature conservation and local recreation areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in the city center in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), a living room with a dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via the kitchen as well as the bathroom.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here.
