Beautiful and quiet place to live. Easy access to the subway and grocerystore. The host answered immediately and is very polite. Would definitely live here next time I come to South Korea

We had a great stay at Gratias’ Stay. The place was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. One of the highlights was how roomy the space felt consider that we are group of 7 with many suitcases and tons of shopping bags 😁. The building also has an elevator, which made getting to the second floor super convenient, especially with luggages. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend it !

숙소가 깔끔하고 아기자기한 소품들도 있어서 너무 귀여웠습니다. 제가 제일 중요하게 생각하는게 침실인데 정말 편안하게 잘 잤어요. 잘 묵고 갑니다

韓國旅行能租到這間套房真的很幸運，而且CP值也超高！之後去韓國旅遊都會選擇居住這間套房～推薦的原因我分爲4個方面。 1.交通： （1）從仁川機場搭乘機場巴士就能直達住宿地點走3分鐘的機場巴士站，且入住前房東也會提供交通資訊，方便旅客前往。（ps.房東真的很貼心，在我們入住前2天就將如何前往套房的交通方式並且搭配實景圖傳給我們，方便我們抵達住所，對於不熟悉韓國的旅客真的很友善。） （2）套房外的公車站真的很方便，而且也很簡單，我們第三天後都是搭乘公車前往目的地，例如：東大門、廣藏市場、忠武路，這些景點，都有直達公車，到站下車就會抵達，來韓國真的很推薦搭乘公車，因為搭乘地鐵的話還要轉線，其實花費時間滿多。 而如果要搭乘地鐵，走路大概要走13分鐘，但搭公車到地鐵到話只需要一站非常的方便，而且住宿外就是公車站牌，很多公車都能到最近的地鐵站，大概只要等3～4分鐘就會有公車能抵達地鐵站。 2.周遭環境： （1）生活機能很方便，套房附近3分鐘的路程就有2間CU和1間很大的GS25，再往外一點有超市、炸雞店、藥局、31冰淇淋、Starbusks、olive young、Burgerking、McDonald 。 （2）社區型的地點，貼近韓國當地人的生活，相較於弘大、明洞、東大門這些觀光公害較嚴重的地區，這裡真的會讓旅客覺得很舒適和放鬆。 （3）許多在觀光地區的Olive young熱門商品都會被掃空，但在套房這裡的Olive young都還會有熱門商品，貨也滿齊全的。 3.房東友善&回覆即時： （1）房東人非常的友善，如果有問題尋求幫忙的時候都會很熱情地幫助旅客，回覆也非常快速。 （2）很推薦女性旅客入住，因為房東本身是女生，在溝通的時候都會很貼心的注意到小細節，而且也很熱心，有問題馬上就能得到協助。 4.內部環境： （1）環境非常乾淨衛生，而且提供很多生活用品，如：吸塵器、蒸汽熨斗、吹風機、空氣清淨機、除濕機、咖啡機、吐司機、快煮壺。 （2）用餐器具齊全，而且乾淨，很多備品也都放置在廚具裡面，不用擔心短缺的問題。 這次韓國旅行能入住這間套房真的讓我覺得很值得也很幸運，所以才會寫下這麼大篇幅的評價，也很推薦給之後要來韓國的旅客。

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was really clean and tidy and there were lots of additional extras available like , chargers and sewing kits and umbrellas. This makes your stay in Korea that little bit easier. The apartment is only 5 mins from Changdong Subway station allowing smooth access to central Seoul, plus there is an EMart across the road. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was clean and tidy and fresh. I highly recommend this for a reasonably priced accommodation in outer Seoul.

Este alojamiento ha sido una joya, el lugar está naturalmente iluminado ya que tiene una ventana enorme, todo lo encontramos súper limpio al llegar, el colchón es de lo más cómodo pudimos descansar mucho, la ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra a unos pasos de la línea 7 y 4 del metro, además de muchas paradas de autobús. Por último el anfitrión envió un documento con todas las instrucciones bastante claras. Estuvimos muy contentos y tranquilos en este lugar. Muchas gracias!

We checked in super late into Lulu’s apartment and she was kind enough to stay up to ensure check in went smoothly. It’s the perfect central location in Seoul with easy access to Seoul station, with Olive Young and CU downstairs and the Four Points Sheraton just next door. Great, comfortable spot for staying in Seoul, I appreciated the little touches like the coffee, water bottles and Aesop soaps.

Muy buen lugar, Eugene es muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible. El lugar es espacioso y perfecto para descansar y guardar pertenencias. Además está cerca del metro, por lo que es fácil moverse. Me volvería a quedar aquí ! Gracias!

망리단길에서 살짝 벗어나 있어 조용합니다 주변에 슈퍼, 카페, 식당 등등 편의시설이 많고 망원시장과도 가깝습니다. 망원한강공원과도 가까워서 산책하기에 좋습니다 숙소는 사진과 정확히 일치하고 발코니와 다이닝 공간이 예쁩니다. 지하철역에서는 조금 멀지만 버스정류장은 가까이에 있어서 다니기에 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 정수기가 있으니 물은 따로 사오지 않아도 되고, 커피와 차는 없습니다. 샴푸,컨디셔너,바디워시는 제공되나 칫솔, 치약, 면도기는 없으니 가져오셔야 합니다. 큰 방은 작은 방에 비해 조금 덥습니다 아마 그래서 큰방에만 작은 선풍기를 두신 것 같습니다. 그리고 세탁기가 있어서 간단한 빨래를 할 수 있어 좋았습니다.

호스트께서 청결에 신경을 많이 쓰시는구나 느껴지는 숙소였습니다. 해외살이 중 한국방문이라 택배 받을 게 엄청 많았는데 대단지라 재활용 매일 버리는 것도 좋았고, 베란다 있어서 공간활용도 좋았습니다. 한국 방문 때마다 머무르고 싶어서 하트 찜 해놨습니다. :)

전체적으로 깔끔했습니다.

Great place to stay. It was very clean with lots of amenities which made it comfortable to stay. Very convenient location because there is the subway line, two large markets and many good food options close by. As a foreigner, it was easy to access and move around in that area. Highly recommend for those who are visiting Korea!

Excelente lugar muy limpio y tal cual las fotos muchos lugares de visitar cercanos todos los electrodomésticos para poder ahorrar si deseas cocinar tú y lavar y secar ahí mismo

Хорошее жилье, все удобства рядом, круглосуточный магазин на первом этаже, удобная утилизация мусора. Рядом хорошие рестораны, Homeplus находится неподалеку. Рядом станция метро и автобусная остановка в 2 минутах. Жилье удобное, все хорошо. Хозяин дружелюбный, отвечает быстро. Рекомендую!

房源的位置特别好，去圣水洞那些地方都很方便，并且楼下就有便利店。入住的时候房间很干净，在首尔这几天都能休息的很好。感谢爱彼迎客服帮我们和房东沟通，一开始在信息标注上有些疑问，在旅行前也都解决了。住在这里会有好的住宿的住宿体验，感谢Joy～

住宿位置很方便，樓下就有便利店，Olive Young，藥局，還在地鐵上蓋機場可以搭地鐵直達。 屋主James在知道我坐紅眼機到達韓國後還給我提早入住，回覆訊息也很快，房間很大設備齊全，十分推薦。

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!

2번째 이용인데 너무 만족합니다 정말 내 집처럼 편안해요 진짜 내집보다 잠을 더 잘 잤어요 계속 이용할 예정입니다~~

숙소는 사진이랑 동일하고 깨끗하게 준비되어 있어 좋았어요. 의정부 시내까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였고 주차도 편리해서 다니기 수월했네요ㅎㅎ 하루 편하게 묵고 갑니다~~ 또 오고 싶어요!

초등아이 동반해서 가족끼리 다녀왔는데 편의점도 1층에 있고 치킨집도 있어서 간단히 먹거나 포장해오기 좋았어요 분리수거 하는곳도 어렵지 않은곳에 있어서 정리하기도 좋았어요 관리에 신경쓰신게 보였고 침대가 푹신해서 그런지 옆에 기찻길이 있었지만 저희는 잘 잤습니다 :) 무엇보다도 소통이 잘되어 좋았습니다!

这个房源虽然说不在市中心，但是离宏大也比较近，从机场过来或者从市区过来都比较方便，房东一看就是比较有品质的人，他的房间装修也给了我正在装修的房子很多灵感
