Beautiful and quiet place to live. Easy access to the subway and grocerystore. The host answered immediately and is very polite. Would definitely live here next time I come to South Korea

We had a great stay at Gratias’ Stay. The place was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. One of the highlights was how roomy the space felt consider that we are group of 7 with many suitcases and tons of shopping bags 😁. The building also has an elevator, which made getting to the second floor super convenient, especially with luggages. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend it !

The accommodation was neat and there were cute props, so it was so cute. The bedroom is the most important thing to me, and I slept really comfortably. I stayed well before heading out.

It's really lucky to be able to rent this suite in Korea, and the CP value is super high!I will choose to stay in this suite when I travel to Korea in the future ~ I recommend it for 4 reasons. 1. Transportation: (1) Take the airport bus from Incheon Airport to the 3-minute walk to the airport bus stop, and the host will also provide transportation information before check-in to facilitate the traveler's arrival. (ps.The host was really thoughtful and sent us the transportation to the suite and the real-life map 2 days before we checked in, so we could get to the place easily, and it was really friendly for travelers who were not familiar with Korea.) (2) The bus stop outside the suite is really convenient and simple. We took the bus to the destination after the third day, such as Dongdaemun, Gwangjang Market, and Zhongmu Road. These attractions have direct buses. You will arrive when you get off at the station. It is really recommended to take the bus to Korea, because if you take the subway, you have to transfer, which actually takes a lot of time. And if you want to take the subway, it takes about 13 minutes to walk, but it is very convenient to take the bus to the subway, and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation, many buses can reach the nearest subway station, and it takes about 3-4 minutes to wait for the bus to reach the subway station. 2. Surrounding environment: (1) Convenient living, 2 CU and 1 large GS25 are 3 minutes away from the suite, and there are supermarkets, fried chicken shops, pharmacies, 31 ice cream, Starbucks, olive young, Burgerking, McDonald. (2) Community-based locations, close to the lives of local Koreans, compared to areas with more serious sightseeing pollution such as Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun, this place will really make travelers feel comfortable and relaxed. (3) Many popular Olive Young products in tourist areas will be sold out, but Olive Young in the suite will still have popular products, and the goods are full. 3. Friendly & responsive hosts: (1) The host is very friendly, and if there is a problem, he will be very enthusiastic to help guests, and the response is very fast. (2) I highly recommend female guests to stay, because the host is a girl, she will notice the small details when communicating, and she is also very enthusiastic, and can get help immediately if there are any problems. 4. Internal environment: (1) The environment is very clean and hygienic, and many daily necessities are provided, such as: vacuum cleaner, steam iron, hair dryer, air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. (2) The dining utensils are complete and clean, and many supplies are also placed in the kitchenware, so there is no need to worry about shortages. I really feel that it is worthwhile and lucky to be able to stay in this suite during this trip to Korea, so I will write such a large review, and I also recommend it to travelers who will come to Korea later.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was really clean and tidy and there were lots of additional extras available like , chargers and sewing kits and umbrellas. This makes your stay in Korea that little bit easier. The apartment is only 5 mins from Changdong Subway station allowing smooth access to central Seoul, plus there is an EMart across the road. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was clean and tidy and fresh. I highly recommend this for a reasonably priced accommodation in outer Seoul.

This accommodation has been a jewel, the place is naturally illuminated since it has a huge window, we find everything super clean upon arrival, the mattress is the most comfortable we could rest a lot, the location is very good as it is a few steps from line 7 and 4 of the metro, in addition to many bus stops. Finally, the host sent a document with all the instructions quite clear. We were very happy and quiet in this place. Thank you so much!

We checked in super late into Lulu’s apartment and she was kind enough to stay up to ensure check in went smoothly. It’s the perfect central location in Seoul with easy access to Seoul station, with Olive Young and CU downstairs and the Four Points Sheraton just next door. Great, comfortable spot for staying in Seoul, I appreciated the little touches like the coffee, water bottles and Aesop soaps.

Very good place, Eugene is very friendly and was always available. The place is spacious and perfect for resting and storing belongings. It's also close to the subway so it's easy to get around. Would stay here again! Thank you!

It is a little off Mangridan-gil, so it is quiet. There are many convenient facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and it is also close to Mangwon Market. It's close to Mangwon Hangang Park, so it's great for a walk. The accommodation is exactly as pictured, and the balcony and dining area are beautiful. It was a little far from the subway station, but the bus stop was close, so there was no major inconvenience in getting around. There is a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and there is no coffee and tea. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you must bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. The big room is a little hotter than the small room, so I think that's why you only put a small fan in the big room. And it was nice to have a washing machine so I could do simple laundry.

It was an accommodation where I felt that the host cared a lot about cleanliness. I was visiting Korea while living abroad, so there was a lot to receive a package, but it was great, so it was nice to throw away recycling every day, and it was nice to use the space because there was a veranda. I want to stay every time I visit Korea, so I steamed the heart.:)

Great place to stay. It was very clean with lots of amenities which made it comfortable to stay. Very convenient location because there is the subway line, two large markets and many good food options close by. As a foreigner, it was easy to access and move around in that area. Highly recommend for those who are visiting Korea!

Nice place, all amenities nearby, 24-hour store on the ground floor, convenient garbage disposal. There are good restaurants nearby, Homeplus is nearby. Subway station and bus station in 2 minutes nearby. The place is comfortable, all good. The host is friendly, responds quickly. Recommended!

Convenient location, convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, pharmacy, and direct access to the airport by subway. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and he responded quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!

I liked that the accommodation was the same as the photos and was cleanly prepared. It was within walking distance to downtown Uijeongbu, and parking was convenient, so it was easy to go. I stayed comfortably for a day~~ I want to come again!

Although this house is not in the city center, it is relatively close to Hongdae. It is relatively convenient to come from the airport or from the city. The host is a person of high quality. His room decoration also gave me a lot of inspiration for the house I am renovating.
