The location is strategic, on Palmas Beach, facing a beautiful forest of permanent environmental preservation — which guarantees clean air and a special contact with nature. It is close to everything, with easy access to the northern and southern beaches of the Governador Celso Ramos region. It was an amazing experience, it exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it! We would like to especially thank Rosmary for her kindness, attention to detail and care in ensuring our comfort and well-being throughout our stay. Everything was excellent.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house and, once again, we've had an excellent experience! The ocean view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well maintained, clean and cozy — everything exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and fast. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to always return. We recommend with eyes closed!

I stayed 10 days at Vanessa's apartment and it was great. The place is super cozy, everything is tidy and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby; bars, snack bars, good market, pharmacy, in short, super practical. The apartment has everything we need to cook comfortably, and it also has plenty of linens and blankets, all of good quality and very fragrant. Vanessa helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. The view of the sea is beautiful and the beach is very close, you can easily walk. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt super comfortable. I would definitely come back!

We had an amazing weekend at the home of Luana and Mario ! The pool was a great highlight, perfect for relaxing and refreshing. We made a delicious barbecue in the area next to the pool, which is super cosy and well-equipped. Nossa golden loved the space, especially the green areas, where he could run and have a lot of fun. The sway at the front of the house was a special touch, a perfect place to enjoy the wind and enjoy the quiet environment. Everything was well cared for, and we would definitely be back! We spent a wonderful extended holiday in this seaside house! The house is super spacious, accommodated the whole family in great comfort and is literally on the edge of the beach. Very requested and friendly host. The internet is only accessible in the living room. There is only one TV in the room, which only accesses the open network and is not smart. But the apartment is spacious, and in a super quiet place.

We travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and a quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

What a place! I fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back.

The stay was wonderful. The place is amazing, our family loved♥️ Close to the beach, the market and pharmacy. The pool is big, we made walks and trails, all close by. The balcony of the apartment is large, a delicious barbecue and dinner with the family. We'll be back for sure at another time.
