The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Hello, I'm from Goiânia and we booked the house to spend Christmas and New Year's Eve with the family. We loved the stay, the house is new, everything is very clean and smells good. New towels and sheets, the kitchen was very complete, we didn't miss anything. Well-ventilated rooms, the ground floor room was very spacious, the pool and hot tub were always clean, the guy cleaned every day in the morning. The beach is very beautiful and clean. And very close to the house. We really enjoyed the stay, and it exceeded expectations in everything. The owner was very attentive and always responsive. We intend to come back again and again.

Very well located house, great structure, with good technological system, we were well received, clean pool, cozy house, well furnished, rooms with television and air conditioning, structured bathrooms, accommodated everyone very comfortably, moderate accessibility for wheelchair users. Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

The house is simple, cozy and has a delicious energy. The view is really special — we were able to enjoy a stunning sunset and moonrise shortly thereafter. The location is great, close to everything: beaches, trails and shops. Unfortunately, we had little time to explore everything the place offers, but we certainly want to go back. Tatiana is a wonderful, caring and welcoming host. We were greeted with a super affectionate treat to toast my wife's birthday — a gesture that made all the difference. We recommend it with affection!

We had a great time at Gabriella’s house. It is a well designed and equipped house which made all of us (8 adults and 2 small infants) feel at home. It is located in the beautiful beach of Palmas which is perfect for relaxing with a family. Gabriella was an outstanding host from the moment of the reservation to the checkout. I strongly recommend it.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

We were in the little house which is exactly as the photos and even more beautiful. Every detail made a difference to having perfect days. Mauro, Olga's co-host, was extremely helpful and helped us both in some needs we had - such as asking for another bike to wander around - and for tips on places to eat and walk that we could do. This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! Casa Vista Mar is perfect for family or group of friends who want space, convenience and great location. The house is extremely equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor (one with sea view and AC, one with no view with AC and one with no view without AC, but super ventilated) and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with a view and AC and a bathroom with shower. Karina is a very dear host, always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Casa Vista Mar is located on the land with two more houses and so the private garage space is for one car only, but there are vacancies outside the house that cater well if necessary. We love the stay, enjoy the barbecue and the beautiful view every day at dawn and dusk. I highly recommend and recommend!!

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We loved the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!
