Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

We only stayed here for half a day as we needed something close to the airport, and this place was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is very pleasant – there’s a lovely coffee shop nearby with great cakes. Overall, a great little spot for a short stay. The host, Devinda, was very responsive and proactive, which we really appreciated.

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Geesha Villa was just how it looked in the pictures, and we had a very satisfactory two-week stay here. The host was most helpful and was on hand to help us in a timely manner. Situated halfway down a cul-de-sac, there was very little activity. It was a short (5-minute) walk to the nearest supermarket (SPAR) and a 15-minute walk into Negombo town. A railway ran parallel to the road, but the trains weren't that frequent, and they caused no bother. All in all, it made a great base from which to explore Sri Lanka. I had a comfortable stay at Samantha's place, home was very clean and the air conditioning was strong making sure I had a good rest. There is also a nice rooftop view and the place was secure and private. It was a great stay before catching a flight. Samantha had good and fast communication, he was very nice and helpful.

Mr. Gamini’s apartment in Cinnamon Gardens is a quiet and easily accessible location, perfect for tuk rides and food deliveries. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring a spacious, comfortable, and clean room with nice furniture and all necessary amenities. Mr. Gamini is an excellent host, always responsive and reachable anytime. The place is stocked with all essentials, including a continuous supply of drinking water and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Mr. Gamini and his family are very hospitable, helpful, and supportive always. Gamini is also a great cook, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious soup he provided. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Mr. Gamini’s place to other guests.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Amazing value, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the beautiful Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya temple. Living area very big and spacious. nice to have a full kitchen set up and dining table. large bedrooms and bathrooms too. the host was very kind and friendly. would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Sudam’s place again for a week, and just like our previous visits, everything remained just as wonderful. The quality and comfort were just as we remembered, making us feel right at home.
