The house constitutes a wing building to the larger house which today is unoccupied which gives you an undisturbed accommodation. You can easily get here on Uppsala County's regional bus 225 between Heby and Enköping, with a stop 200 meters from the accommodation.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
