Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The cottage is located on a shared plot with the main building. Private jetty with swimming. Balcony and small barbecue. The forest around the corner, berries and mushrooms picking. 7 km to urban area with shops and more. The cottage has a kitchenette with fridge. What is needed for cooking and eating. Towel, dish brush, dishcloth, dish detergent are included. Bathroom with shower, towels for indoor use. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer Bed linens are included. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. In the small village of Delbo, 10 km north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Lea's basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with year-round standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time, but also if you just want to stay overnight. Lea's basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchenette, toilet and shower. There is a double bed (160 cm and a day bed for two. There is also WiFi and a screen with Chromecast.
