Large, nice house on a large plot

Beautiful Swedish wooden house, on a large plot. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and sink. There's a solar-heated outdoor shower. There are bicycles available at the house: 1 tandem, 2 mountain bikes, 1 men's bike, and 2 women's bikes, plus a bicycle trailer. Pull-along toy for young children. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a 3/4 bed, and a room with bunk beds, where one bed is a small double bed. There's also a large loft. Shelter in the garden for sleeping outside. There is a charge of DKK 3 per KW of electricity. Guests are responsible for cleaning before leaving the house.

One of the last 20 houses with a thatched roof. The house was renovated in 2019 with new underfloor heating, electricity, water and drainage. The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed oil paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and recycled kitchen cabinets partially, benches and panels from Vesterø church etc. The previous owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
