Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

In the heart of Rouergue, this charming renovated building of 70 m2 can accommodate 5 people. It will offer you calm and rest in a peaceful hamlet near a farm while being only 2 km from all local shops. Ideally located for many visits around Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Bournazel, Belcastel, Rodez as well as a little further away Conques, Najac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Corde or the Millau Viaduct which are recognized as Great Occitania sites.

Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

Hiking, Quiet and Nature.

Hi , Our accommodation is close to Peyrusse le Roc and not far from Figeac in a hamlet where the road ends to make way for a very nice path. It crosses a river where the gentle sound of flowing water will delight you on summer evenings. Our studio is equipped with a 160 X 200 bed, a kitchenette with fridge, stove and everything you need for cooking, garden furniture. Calm and birdsong await you. See you soon, Sébastien and Malou

The studio can accommodate two people (real bed 140 cm) and has many amenities (coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas stove as well as many kitchen utensils). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Linens and towels provided. Many villages and sites to discover nearby (Belcastel, Conques, Peyrusse-le-Roc...)

Unconventional accommodation in a green setting. You will hear the sound of birds and the song of the stream for a guaranteed rest with no other noises than those of nature. A romantic getaway as well for a cozy evening by the stove in winter or on a sunny terrace in summer. The rustic and minimalist aspects are also highlighted: dry toilets, reduced surfaces and layouts but executed with taste and simplicity.

This typical Quercy house, over 200 years old, is a small haven of peace, ideal if you want to relax in peace, away from the city and adopt a simple lifestyle focused on nature. Montsalès is full of small shaded hiking trails that I will show you.

Close to shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurant, tobacco shop) and the municipal swimming pool open from July 1 to August 31.
