Bed and breakfast "Villa Pats", is located in the beautiful village of Gilze, also popularly known as "Gils". Gilze is a small village in the middle of Brabant, with many places of interest. Gilze is located in a very wooded and quiet area. The cottage has its own entrance and private parking space. Gilze is located between the major cities of Tilburg and Breda and half an hour from Antwerp and Rotterdam. Amusement park "De Efteling" and Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" are also very close by.

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Wake up with a view over the valley of the Aa or Weerijs in the outskirts of Rijsbergen! We offer a beautiful room with a private bathroom in a detached outbuilding on our forest plot. It can accommodate up to four people. We serve the extensive breakfast in the residence, with a fresh egg from our own chickens and - if available - our own honey and a tomato from the vegetable garden. On your own terrace, you can watch the most beautiful sunsets with us!

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). Enjoy the beautifully restored house in a national monument farmhouse surrounded by nature. An oasis of peace and space just a stone's throw away from Breda. The cozy living room has a dining area and a kitchenette with simple cooking facilities. Both bedrooms on the floor have a private bathroom. The stylish decor and the beautiful place guarantee a wonderful stay. The owners live in the other part of the farm.
