Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα από ένα ζευγάρι μέχρι μια οικογένεια πέντε ατόμων. Προσοχή, η οικοδομή δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ! Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο.
