I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better!

This is my second time staying here (April '24 being my first) and let me say, it's sooooo dreammyyy!!! Everything about this place, the creativity, comfortable, overall uniqueness from other Airbnbs, and stunning views were AMAZING!!! The master bedroom bathroom floor and window views are so beautiful. The laundry equipment sings to you when finished, and the hot tub was fireeee!!! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could have in any kitchen. Top notch. Loved the floors and Nest thermostats on both levels! The communication with Ashley & Brad was next level fast and effective, super friendly and professional and extremely understanding on late checkout. My friend wanted to take a day trip that would've taken all day. I told him "You go on ahead, I need my rest time here." No one was prying me away for anytime I was there! I will be dreaming about this house for a bit as it's wired in my DNA now lol! Overall, splendid visit!!! Will definitely be visiting again!!

Nothing but great things to say! Our host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed to communicate! The cabin is on the side of a mountain so you get beautiful views! With that being said I wouldn’t recommend driving at night if not used to driving mountain roads and the description of the road is accurate it’s a one way with some pull off areas for traversing. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive during non winter season but there are people with cars that live there but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable to do that. The stairs to go up to the master bedroom are steep as she said but they have a non slip grip tape on each step and there are gates at every level for children/pets. The hot tub was so nice and was already up and running when we arrived. There were towels, dishes, some condiments, and a decent amount of kitchen utensils and such. Downtown blue ridge and ellijay are both pet friendly places! Amicalola state park is beautiful with an easy hike to the waterfall.

Beautiful spot! We didn’t want to leave! It was a wonderful few days relaxing and enjoying nature.

This is the perfect place it is 7 to 15 minutes away from amazing hikes, water falls and down town as well. I was really on vacation as I didn’t have to drive far. Vogel state park is 7 min away and many of the water falls are about 10 to 15 min away. The house is beautiful the host is amazing. I will be coming back and I never like to visit the same place twice but this spot was just amazing.

We stayed at the Modern Mountain Overlook in Dahlonega, Georgia, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was super safe and secluded, giving us a peaceful retreat. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals. The highlight of our stay was definitely the playroom, where we spent most of our time. It featured multiple arcade games, a huge TV, and basketball hoops, which provided endless fun and friendly competition. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home and surrounding area were both beautiful. Loved having a peaceful, private place and still being just a quick drive to so many places. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting anywhere in the area!

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

Our favorite location for friends and family gathering! This time was even better than the last, which we didn’t think possible! It is clean and the owner recently made some updates to the house. The backyard is the star of the show. Beautiful pool with a lovely deck allowed us to enjoy the long awaited warm weather. I could spend all day out there. We were able to gather comfortably and create amazing memories with our friends and family whom we do not see often. Between the pool table and fire pit, this is the perfect getaway. The Publix is 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by, super convenient. The host and co host are amazing as well. It’s always a positive experience speaking with them. They’re very sweet, professional, and responsive! They were ready at anytime to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a fun space for us to catch up with old friends and family.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

Me and my family had a very pleasant stay. Isabella was very gracious and even allowed us to check in an hour early considering we were traveling with two toddlers, which was very considerate of her. We would love to come back to her beautiful house in future.

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. William was an outstanding host, not only in the house and check-in instructions, but also having the house feel warm and welcoming to our us and our friends. They had snacks and cookies waiting for us even! The house and pool were gorgeous with great views of the lake and we couldn’t think of a better place to spend our vacation. There was plenty of space for us to relax and ample accommodations for me and our guests. Thank you, William, for such a great experience!

Very nice house on Lake Lanier. Basically everything in the house is updated and has everything you need. Short walk (a couple of minutes) down to the dock. Stayed with our 7 month old and 2 dogs and all were happy. Would stay again next time we come to the area.

This is a very cute place. The area is well kept and quiet. I really enjoyed staying here.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and view! Very family friendly!

House was stunning and very comfortable. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility. There was plenty of space for our adult family. We had dinner in the screened in porch every night and played games around the kitchen table. The lake water was really clean and had movement in it. The dock has lots of shade on the bottom and full sun on top. I can’t say enough about it. I highly recommend!!!

Overall a fantastic location and home on the lake! Well worth the price.
