This home has been completely remodeled and furnished with your comfort in mind. This is our third air bnb and we truly try to focus on cleanliness, comfort and convenience! On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.
